Chocolate muffins
Whether as a sweet snack between meals or with coffee - these muffins are always a good choice! With our Münsterland CLASSICO cocoa they become particularly chocolatey and remain deliciously moist.
Ingredients:
- 380 ml Münsterland CLASSICO cocoa
- 300 g flour
- 250 g brown sugar
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 8 tbsp unflavored oil (e.g. sunflower oil)
PREPARATION:
Preheat the oven to 170 °C top/bottom heat.
Mix the dry ingredients, then stir in the oil and cocoa drink to form a smooth batter.
Grease the muffin tin or line with 12 cases, fill with batter up to the rim.
Bake for approx. 25 minutes, test with a skewer.
Leave the muffins to cool & enjoy.
